If you're wandering around Clifton in Bristol and find yourself in need of a cozy spot to unwind, look no further than 360 Coffeeshop. Nestled on an unnamed road, this charming café is a hidden gem known for its exceptional coffee and decadent hot chocolates, making it a perfect retreat for both early risers and afternoon loungers.

The café's menu reads like a dream for any coffee lover. You can start your day with a perfectly brewed double espresso (£2.90) or indulge in a velvety flat white (£3.80) that promises to awaken your senses. If you're a fan of something sweet, try their salted Biscoff hot chocolate (£5.65) topped with whipped cream and a delightful Biscoff crumble — it’s truly an experience as much as it is a drink!

As you partake in these luxurious offerings, you'll be enveloped in a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. The café boasts a super cozy interior, inviting you to get comfortable with a book or engage in delightful conversations with friends. For those looking to soak up some sun, the rooftop seating offers stunning views of the iconic Clifton Bridge, providing a perfect backdrop for your café experience.

Customer reviews echo the sentiments of this being one of Bristol's best-kept secrets. Jeanette Delray praises the friendly staff and breathtaking views, while Jasmine Mackereth raves about the luxurious quality of hot chocolates, declaring them the best in the city. It's worth noting, though, that not every dish hits the mark, as Jasmine mentioned; however, with hot chocolates like the S'MORES and raspberry flavors to choose from, it's hard to focus on anything but the sweet indulgence.

The vibe is chilled yet spirited, perfect for catching up with friends or squeezing in some self-care time with a soothing lavender latte (£4.10) or refreshing peach iced tea (£3.60). Even the pickiest of eaters will find something they love; Sandra Stevens, for instance, enjoyed a sumptuously sweet raspberry crumble bar, forging memories with every bite.

While it may be on the pricier side, the quality and atmosphere at 360 Coffeeshop make it an experience worth every penny. So whether you’re gathering with friends or simply planning a quiet moment to enjoy life at your own pace, this café provides not just a menu but a unique community feel — a place where coffee lovers come together.

If you find yourself in Clifton, treat yourself to a visit to 360 Coffeeshop. You won't just enjoy a drink; you'll create a delightful memory.

We visited here on Wednesday November 9th. The ladies were really friendly and helpful. I had the biscotti hot chocolate with Kahlua. It was lovely. Thank you for making the start of my day so lovely. We sat on the roof top and the views of the Clifton bridge were amazing. I would definitely recommend. Not brave enough to go down the steps into the cave.

THE BEST HOT CHOCOLATES IN BRISTOL! Don’t sleep on this one! A hidden gem, serving the most luxury hot chocolates we’ve ever experienced. The roasted carrot sandwich was absolutely delicious, really recommend. The chicken avocado bagel wasn’t the best, and the cinnamon bun was a bit dry. But the rest far outweighed those shortfalls. The hot chocolates are the perfect special treat, surrounded by beautiful landscape of the suspension bridge.

Hot chocolate is to die for! Extremely creamy and chocolatey, with a variety of toppings/flavours to choose from. Quite expensive (I think it was 4.50-5.50) for what it actually is, but would definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself! Very gorgeous place to sit at whilst sipping your hot choc too...

Very underrated, but honestly I loved their hot mocha. I am very picky when it comes to sugar level on my food and trust me the mocha did hit the right spot. Highly recommend. Service was good and staffs are good as well. Not too many chairs to sit on but it wasn't too crowded even on weekends so....

Super cosy interior, awesome bakes. We ordered a raspberry crumble bar and an iced matcha (great quality of matcha and bakes!)On the more pricey side in my opinion, however definitely worth the spend. I would definitely recommend
